Shipping & Delivery Information

We endeavour to provide an efficient 'next-day' service as standard on Mondays through Saturdays (except public holidays). For us to achieve this, we require your order by a certain time, depending on when you wish delivery to take place. The following information should help you to choose.

For Guaranteed Delivery on a Monday

To ensure a Monday delivery, your order must be placed with us by 4.00 pm British Standard Time on the previous Friday.

For Guaranteed Delivery on a Tuesday through Saturday

To ensure next-day delivery, your order must be placed with us by 4.00 pm British Standard Time on the previous day.

Please note, there is an additional charge of £8.00 if you request a Saturday delivery.

Sundays and Public Holidays

Should we receive an order for delivery on a Sunday or public holiday we will endeavour to deliver the item on the next working day.

Since we do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays, any order received on these days will be processed the following Monday and will therefore be delivered on the Tuesday.

If we fail to deliver on the day requested, we will refund your delivery charge (providing all the delivery instructions were supplied and the order was received in accordance with our requirements).

Important Information

We would rather not disappoint our customers, or delay an order if particular items are not in stock. Therefore, we will substitute any out-of-stock item with an alternative of similar quality to ensure your order still arrives on time.
